At Mokshaa, we strive to ensure your fashion experience is seamless; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mokshaa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all brand tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
